Product Applications

It is also used as a flavouring ingredient for Ice Cream, Yogurt, Baker Products, Packed Sauces and Beverages. For chefs, it is the ideal ingredient for preparing curries, exotic flavoured sauces and desserts.
Storage and Handling
Renuka Coconut Milk Powder should be stored in a clean and dry place under normal room temperature. It harden upon exposure but return to its original powdered form when re-exposed to warm temperature (82 degrees to 93 degrees F or 28-34 degrees C).
