  Made from the dehydrated coconut, creamed coconut is a 100% pure vegetable product and has no additives or artificial flavours. The product has an intense coconut flavour with viscosity that can be adjusted by adding water. It can also be grated and used in place of desiccated coconut especially I pastry kitchens.
